Delivery Fees:
A flat delivery fee of 25 Qatari Riyals applies to all orders, regardless of the delivery area within Doha.
Order Process
You have two convenient options for placing your order: directly online or by selecting from the showcased items available in our atelier.
Should you desire to include a personalized message with your chosen items, you can easily attach a message card and even personalize the recipient’s name. If you opt to provide the content of your personal message online, we kindly ask you to do so in a respectful and considerate manner. We reserve the right to decline messages that we deem may offend the recipient or violate any legal rights, including but not limited to messages that are defamatory, racist, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene, menacing, or in breach of confidence or copyright.
Order Confirmation
Upon receiving your online order, you will promptly receive an acknowledgment email confirming the placement of your order and outlining the delivery process. Please be aware that the order acknowledgment email serves as confirmation of receipt, not as an acceptance of your order. Acceptance will occur only after we have verified your credit card authorization for the order, and the products you’ve selected have been dispatched (unless you’ve been informed otherwise regarding order acceptance).
Payment Security
We prioritize the security of your online payments. The information you provide is automatically encrypted, ensuring it remains confidential and cannot be intercepted during transmission.
Payment Methods
Online Payment: Visa and Master cards are accepted for online payments. Your credit card will be charged once your order is placed. To streamline future shopping, you have the option to save your credit card details with us. Rest assured, we will only retain the last four digits of your card for your convenience, making it easier to identify which card you’ve used. You can delete your saved credit card details at any time.
Payment Confirmation
Upon successful completion of the payment process, you will receive a confirmation email verifying the payment made. In cases where payments are not accepted, our team will be in touch to provide further assistance.
Additionally, we offer the flexibility of cash on delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method.
Delivery
Upon delivery of the products to your specified address, the responsibility for the items shifts to you. This means that any loss or damage occurring after this point becomes your responsibility.
If you wish to plan ahead, you can place an order for scheduled delivery, ideal for events like birthdays.
Please note that in addition to the total order price, delivery fees will be applied.
Returns and Exchanges
As all items available on the Service are perishable, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable. We do not assume liability for inaccuracies in order information provided by the customer or for packages that go missing or are taken once the order has been successfully delivered to the recipient’s address.
Coupon Gifts
Gift coupons can be ordered via email or WhatsApp, and through the website. Once the full order is processed and payment is confirmed, the e-Gift Card will be emailed to the recipient. A confirmation copy will also be sent to the sender. Please be aware that the Service Owner bears no responsibility in the event of an e-Gift Card being delivered to an incorrect or non-existent email address; this falls under the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
e-Gift Cards remain valid for a period of 12 months and are redeemable solely by their designated recipient for eligible products available on the Service.
These e-Gift Cards can be used for either full or partial payments for any purchase until their balance is fully expended. Should the total purchase value be less than the Gift Card’s value, the remaining balance can be applied to subsequent purchases or credited to the e-Gift Card owner’s account. The e-Gift Card balance can be easily checked online via the “My Account” page. If your order surpasses the e-Gift Card’s value, the remaining amount can be settled using another accepted payment method. The Service Owner shall not be held responsible for any unused amount on an expired e-Gift Card.
Limitations on Liability
The Service and all its provided information and functionality are offered without any form of warranty, whether express or implied, which includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, suitability for a specific purpose, or non-infringement.
The Service Owner and its affiliates and service providers shall not be held accountable for any kind of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or losses that may arise from your access to or use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any instances of performance failure, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, computer viruses, as well as the deletion, failure to store, mis delivery, or unavailability of information, materials, products, services, applications, or features. Even if you have been advised of the potential for such damages or losses, your use of the Service indicates your agreement to release and absolve the Service Owner, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses of any nature related to the use of the Service or any materials downloaded from it.

All content on the Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws unless otherwise specified. This content encompasses, but is not restricted to, registered or unregistered trademarks, names, logos, slogans, characters, colors, service marks, designs, layouts, appearances, and registered or unregistered patents, copyrights, characters, images, and graphics, collectively referred to as “IP Rights.”
We are the exclusive owner or licensee of all IP Rights on the Service and in the materials published on it. All these rights are reserved.
Nothing within this Service should be construed as granting you a license or any right to use any trademark, image, or other material displayed on the Service without written permission from the Service Owner or the relevant third party who may own the material.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, share, or utilize any IP Rights for any purpose whatsoever.
Applicable Jurisdiction
These Terms will be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Arabic region.
The fact that we may not enforce a specific right or provision under these Terms does not imply a relinquishment of such rights. If a court deems any provision of these Terms as invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still hold validity.
By using the Service, you express your consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Arabic courts concerning any disputes that may arise in connection with the Service or any matters linked to it.
